Dear parents,
We are now in the fifth week of level one.
We are well into our first unit, which focuses on teaching students to talk about things found in the classroom.
This includes 10 vocabulary words, and a variety of sentence patterns. Already, everyone is very comfortable with the vocabulary, and making great progress with the sentences!
I think we can have a lot of fun with this unit.
Sophia’s text book includes a CD, which will allow her to practice the vocabulary and sentences with fun computer games. It would be great if she could find time to play some games at home.
She participates in class often, she is getting much better at listening to her teachers, and she is learning the words quickly!
