晚餐時大夥看著電視上的 'the funniest australian videos' 節目
出現了一隻 gorilla
Grandma 知道 Ethan 喜歡動物
就問他: "DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS, ETHAN?"
Ethan 毫不猶豫的說: "ITS A STAR!"
只見婆婆一臉措厄, 心想 "你媽是怎麼教的..."
我趕緊解釋, gorilla = 猩猩 which sounds the same as 星星 = STAR
(還好這次沒有聽到公公像以前一樣碎碎唸: its too hard to learn two languages at the same time bla bla bla kids get confused bla bla bla...)
