My name is Molly Meyer and I am a school psychologist with MCPSS. I am writing to schedule the annual Level of Care assessment (LOC) for your child on the Autism Waiver. Would you be able to have a phone conference on Tuesday, 5/29 @ 11:00am to complete this assessment? In addition to the Level of Care assessment, we will be completing the annual Risk Assessments as well. The purpose of this assessment is to determine and prioritize what areas of need that your child has to help them access the community. You may have completed a Risk Assessment in the past when your child was enrolled into the program.
