Funfair Makes Friends!(M)

"Here Lucky here!" Mel exclaimed, bending down slightly so Lucky, her little bunny could hop into her hands. As the bunny jumped into Mel's hands, the doorbell rang! Scared, the bunny jumped into Mel's orange handbag! Mel laughed while she rushed out of the wet garden. When she opened the door, there was a squeak, "Mel! It's been ages till we've seen each other!". Mel shrieked, "Charlotte! I've missed you so!" Charlotte's dad chuckled and dropped Mel off. "Thanks Scarlett, I've got to get to the airport with my wife to go to get some snap snap photos for our work." Charlotte's dad answered to Mel's mum. "Our pleasure." Mel's mum laughed.

"Here, I'll show you our room, you know, mum let us share a room!" Mel exclaimed, leading Charlotte up the winding stairs. "Are we sharing with Lucky as well?!" Charlotte asked excitedly, she carried up her pink suitcase and laid it on the red and yellow colored small rug. She sat down on her hard suitcase to admire the rooms wonder. It had a soft shade of pink with white tinkle dot flowers painted on.

When Mel was out playing with Lucky, Charlotte slipped in the barn to visit Clover, HER bunny that she brought with her for the month at Mel's house.

Mel's mum walked into the barn to see Mel feeding an identical bunny(Clover) to Charlotte's bunny, Lucky. Mel's mum didn't tell the difference that Clover had a little clover-shaped tag on. "What are you doing you here, aren't you meant to be outside playing with Melaine?" Mel's mum asked.

Just as Charlotte was about to answer, Mel ran into the barn, saying, "I've been looking for you all over the house. Then, I figured you'd be in the barn....!" Mel stopped surprised at her mum's angry face!
"Melanie, you're out there playing about with Charlotte's bunny and here Charlotte is, having to feed YOUR Lucky! Your sticking with someone else's bunny! You are going to lose your bunny Melanie!"

Charlotte carried Clover out to the sunshine listening sadly of course, she just wanted Clover and Mel's mum thought she was feeding Lucky! "Mum! I fed Lucky! She was feeding Clover! She's trying to get me in trouble! She's JUST trying to get me in trouble, and you believe her!" Mel repeated and stormed out of the barn.

On her way to the park to tell two new friends what just happened, she came across the garden. Mel turned to Charlotte and glared at her. She undid her silver locket that was the same as Charlotte's and opened the locket. There was a plain piece of paper with two tiny photos of them two together, in between the two photos were the words BFF on the side she had written 'Melanie and Charlotte will be BFs-forever!'! Then Mel threw it on the floor and stomped away!

The next day, they went to the funfair, Mel's mum stayed at home to look after the bunnies for a day. Mel had invited her two new friends over because she still wasn't friends with Charlotte and she'd be lonely playing on her own.

When they arrived, they saw two girls sitting on a bench waiting. They waved at Mel and Mel's dad and at Charlotte. "Hi Amelia, hi Kate!" Mel exclaimed, "So, what shall we go on first? The roller-coaster?"
"Yeah!" the girls chorused. Eager to go Charlotte still stayed where she was. She wasn't ready to make friends with Mel yet! "Aren't you going?" Mel's dad asked, ‘It'll be fun for you girls."
"I'm scared of heights, so, no thank you." Charlotte replied, holding on tightly to Mel's BFF locket.

When Mel, Amelia and Kate walked towards them, Charlotte heard Kate ask, "What should we go on next?" Charlotte smiled, she crept behind them and put on a ghosty voice saying, "Oooooooooooooooo! Ghoost train! Ha ha ha!" The three girls screamed, Mel suddenly realized that Charlotte was missing and turned to see Charlotte in a fit of giggles! So they went on the ghost train. Charlotte whispered to Mel, "Sorry! Here, your locket, if you still want to be my friend?" asked Charlotte handing over Mel's silver locket.

They were BFF's again!
