Spring's Things! (Scribbler M)

I wake this morning,
Stretching my arms.
I resist my yawning,
For today is Spring!

An aroma of bacon,
Wafts into my nose.
I know I'm not mistaken,
It's a Spring Feeling!

Birds cheep 'Good Morning',
The dogs bark 'It's Spring'.
They're giving a warning
To Winter, it's Spring!

My breakfast is done,
The sun shines on me.
I've had my Spring Fun,
A sunny Spring Wave!

Big Ben says 'lunchtime',
I make daisy chains.
I feed daffodils,
Then go have Spring Lunch!


There are crispy cod,
And golden French fries.
The grass like to nod,
To the cool Spring Breeze!

After tasty food,
I play in the yard.
Grass, the rabbits chewed,
I get Spring Cherries!

I see a bunny,
I feed it some food.
It likes it sunny,
It is Spring Weather!

Out I go creeping,
Tiptoeing to look.
I see bunnies sleeping,
That's true Spring Cuteness.

As you can see,
Spring works wonders.
But after Spring,
Summer shines here!
