課程是期待以久的烹飪課
地點在SOHO地區的Whole Food Market
爸爸表示:
Niki非常的喜歡烹飪課

以水果為主題 做了一道草莓莎莎
讓小朋友們切蔬菜水果
當然還有任是顏色
Niki舉手回答所有的問題
讓所有的家長和老師都很驚訝
她不是課堂上最年長的小朋友

Strawberry Salsa Serves 12 3 to 4 small tomatoes
1/2 pint strawberries
1 cucumber
1 red onion
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow or orange bell pepper
1 15.5-ounce can black beans
1 8-ounce can corn
2 limes
1 cup fresh cilanto
olive oil(to taste)
salt and pepper(to taste)
corn tortilla chip
(backed chips for a healthier option)
1. Dice the tomatoes, stawberries,
cucumber, red onion, and peppers
and place ingredients into a medium
mixing bowl.
2. Add the beans, corn, and lime juice
to the bowl and mix together.
3. Remove the cilantro leaves from
the stems, and add the leaves to the bowl.
4. Dress the salsa with olive oil, salt,
and pepper to taste.
Mix well and serve with chips.
