Due to the result of not having enough vegetables and fruits
Angela is sufferring from constipation...
She didn't have a poo for 2 days
and finally she had one this morning
but it was only "a little bit" and looked dry...
and it took her a while & big effort to get it out too... >.<
Not that we don't offer vegetables and fruits to her
but she refuses anything in "green"
she's ok with fruits
but because of the fact that fruits contain a fair amount of sugar
we didn't want to give too much to her
I think we need to do something about it very soon
We might try plum or other juice...
