但是他們也沒有人打電話確認
車子就這樣來了
再說~預約車子的時候
請媽咪確認時間時
講話速度超快的~
媽咪聽到時間正確就覺得正確了
這個合作的派車中心真的很爛
預約的時候~問了一大堆資料
連航班都要講

So I call the customer service and yelled

At the end, a guy took this case with very good attitude.
He took a little bit to deal with this. He called me to do aother reservation in 台灣大車隊, and fax him the recipt. He will give me the 現金紅利回饋, one dollar one point.
Sigh...I said YES.
So, if you guys are going to do the free car reservation with Citi. Please ask them to call you to confirm the date and time. Otherwise, it's easy to get dispute like me.
