菀甯似乎知道我今天下午沒課,所以精神特別好,一直到2點都不睡覺,乾脆帶她出去走走.果然沒多久就睡著了.呵呵,我就可以專心shopping了.
晚上和老公到竹北的水活力去游泳，好大喔！只要是關於游泳的設施，這兒什麼都有．我們先做ｓｐａ，然後老公交我游泳加換氣，當然是吃了一些水，從蛙式開始學，老公和我都不愧是高材生，一個會教，一個會學，我竟然會了，而且很輕鬆，多游泳，相信我的過敏鼻子很快就好．
城隍廟吃晚餐，冰豆花，春捲冰淇淋，滿足，難怪回家時特別累，今晚一定很好睡．
菀甯看到我時直接衝過來抱著我的大腿，真捨不得，下個禮拜一定帶她去．
