怪了,9/7 order的gymboree baby sale商品,美國時間9/7已經寄出,大家都收到了,為什麼我的特別慢...跟以前幾次訂購經驗相比,這次也真的比較慢;聽說最近海關幾乎每包都會拆開查驗,該不會因為這樣所以還被扣在海關吧?! 討厭啦...

We are very sorry to hear that you have not received your recent Gymboree order 26556426 as of yet. As stated on our website, international orders are typically delivered to the destination address within 15 business days of shipping. Our system shows that your order processed and shipped on 9/7/06 and should be delivered within our normal timeframe.
The shipping company we currently use for international orders is called Deutsche Post/Global Mail, which is the parent company of DHL. Deutsche Post/Global Mail and DHL offer very different services, and DHL service-centers are not able to track Deutsche Post/Global Mail shipments on their system. Also, please be advised that Deutsche Post/Global Mail shipments are much like traditional air-mail and do not provide us with the register number or tracking number at this time.
Our goal is to deliver your order within 15 business days of shipping.
However, in some cases orders shipping internationally may take up to 30 business days to be delivered due to possible delays beyond our control (including delays in customs or with the local postal service). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you do not receive your order by 10/19/06, which is your 30th business day.
