幸好，回家前就聽說有水了。只是水壓極小，沒有辦法直接shower，水龍頭出來的水也不能喝。但是，炎熱的夏天，只要有水可以沖馬桶和擦澡，就已經是不幸中的大幸了！
Pipe break causes water problems for Jersey City, Hoboken

JERSEY CITY, N.J. (AP) - A contractor accidentally ruptured a water main in the city's Newport section Saturday afternoon, disrupting water service to parts of the city and neighboring Hoboken and forcing authorities to alert residents in both cities to boil their drinking water.
The break happened around 2:30 p.m. to a 36-inch pipe on Coles Street, said Rich Henning, a spokesman for United Water, the utility that runs the water systems for both cities.
Jersey City Police spokesman Lt. Edgar Martinez said the break had flooded a few blocks and shut off water to Newport high-rise apartments as well as Christ Hospital.
Five large water trucks were brought in to provide drinking water for residents, Martinez said.
The break also affected neighboring Hoboken, as many residents had very low water pressure or none at all, Henning said.
"The whole city is affected," Henning said.
The company urged all residents of Hoboken as well as those living in a 20-by-10 block area of the Newport section of Jersey City to boil drinking water for at least a minute. Low water pressure can create the potential for bacteria.
The location of the break is about a half-mile from the entrance of the Holland Tunnel.
