參加了一個為期21天的awakening，每天早上五點半起床，到Yoga center報到
Yelena說每天早上的awakening is power，但到底對我會有什麼awakening，我完全不知道。於是我開始了一個自己未知的旅程...
Day 1:
Day 2: 一天之始，始於bowing。我對宇宙bowing，我對地球bowing，我對我的true nature古美慧bowing. This is how I start my day.
Day 3: 洗滌。把所有的一切交給宇宙。無須擔憂。Do it, but not to worry about it.
Day 4:
I can feel a huge inner space inside me. When I close my eyes, I feel this space full of stars. I am one of the stars. The star shines and glows, then it shoots to the earth. Next, I turn to become into a tree. This is a little tree, with strong and solid trunk and many small branches. Inside the trunk is a glowing energy center. On those small branches are shining green leaves. This life tree keeps moving, shaking, and dancing. 它是我，一棵我見過最美的小樹。
我感覺到一個清楚的區分，一個是外在的世俗世界，一個是閉上眼睛後，浩瀚的心靈世界。
