Mrs Beaver washed Baby B while Mrs Badger served Philip hot chocolate. Philip thought about Baby B, the baby beaver and his mum and dad, Mrs and Mr Beaver. Philip took a sip of his hot hot chocolate. He stood up and wandered what he should do to make time pass until the adventure and scary Oyin finding him came.
Philip walked up the spiral staircase, up to the library. It was dark so Philip picked up a fire torch and it lit up the way, Philip pushed open the library door and heard a small cackling laugh(like Oyin's, just like!), he gulped. Philip put the torch in one of it's holders, slipped a purple thick magic book under his arm before picking up the torch and running out of the room and down the stairs.
Downstairs, he opened the book and flipped about, drinking his delicious hot chocolate. Baby B came down in his white and blue pj's. "Flipip!" he exclaimed and he jumped onto Philip's lap. Philip laughed, his book pages accidentally, slowly flipping pages! "Hey! Stop it book!" Philip exclaimed, putting his hand on the pages.
He read a few spells and gasped, "Perfect!". Mr Edgar walked down the stairs.
"Well young'un! I hope you're not about to read out a spell! If I have already done that spell, it will make it stronger ,young one, then, something we don't want to happen, will happen!" Philip blushed. "Grandpa! Flipip not be not naughty! He just finded good spell!"
Philip asked, finishing off the hot chocolate, "Mr Edgar, have you done the stop the human time till boy is back spell? My mum and dad will wonder where I've been and if I say, Beaver Towers, they'll think I'm mad!"Mr Edgar nodded.
"I have young'un!"
At night, everyone slept peacefully in Beaver Towers except Philip. He couldn't help wonder what was the wind sound that sounded like something floating was! Philip opened the window and peered at the sea. The living room was where some animals slept and the sea was only 21 centimeters away from the window! Water was Oyin's deadly enemy. She was made of fire.
The door creaked open and Philip turned his head sharply to the door! Oyin flew in and grasped Philip's neck, He couldn't breathe and thought he must get Oyin into the sea. Philip grabbed Oyin's hands and jumped into the sea, making sure Oyin touched the water with him. He stayed under water, where Oyin had let go of him but he still couldn't breathe, for 13 seconds. His hands were burning and smoke started to rise up. Philip let go of Oyin as soon as he had to breathe and swam up to the water.
He climbed in the window and changed into different clothes. As soon as Philip finally started snoring, The Prince Of Darkness arrived.
It was light but the curtains were closed. Philip woke up, not noticing the Prince Of Darkness. He opened the curtains and sunlight burst in! The Prince Of Darkness ducked behind the door. Philip heard him and opened the door running behind the table! The Prince Of Darkness growled, already turning into nothing. Philip laughed. Once again, mission complete!
