Perfect Pets (Scribbler) (M)

I'd really like to have a pet,
the best pet in the world.
I'm sure there's one I'd want to get,
the best pet in the world!

I want a pet with a short, furry tail,
that's also black and white.
I hope this task really won't fail,
I hope it will work out right!

Will a hamster work for me?
No, the tail is thin and pink.
Is a fishy what I'll see?
No, is what I think.

I want a pet that's sociable,
and can do some awesome tricks.
I hope it will be excitable,
oh and maybe it could lick.

They suggest to me a rabbit,
but it can't do awesome tricks.
They ask me about a cat,
but it just wouldn't lick.

I'm beginning to give up hope,
they'll never really see,
but just when I think they'll never cope,
my mum comes in and says...

Have you thought about a puppy?
The black and white type husky.
One that's sociable, excitable
and can do some awesome tricks and licks!

That's what I want! A husky!
