The Eternity Sisters-Spring and Winter Orbs (M)

Sunshine slurped her frapuccino contentedly. Her fraternal twin, Luna was stroking their cat, Gala. Mr and Mrs Galaxy were downstairs minding there own business. The family was waiting for the Universa family to arrive for the big barbeque. Ding Dong! "Skye! Star!" Luna and Sunshine squealed, leaving the boringness behind them and welcoming there best friends. Skye and Star were identical twins and they had made the best(est) of friends with Luna and Sunshine. Together, they formed the 'Twinny Twin Twin!' group.

As the four girls settled on the top bunk, Sunny's bed, they chanted their 'Twinny Twin Twin' poem. "Identical or not. Fraternal or what. Twinny Twin Twin includes only us!". When everyone had settled down, Skye and Star began to show off the necklaces they each got. Star had a star-shaped pendant and smaller, there was a glossy, flat, blue piece like the sky. Skye had one too but the other way round so that the star pendant was smaller. "Father mad one for you guys too. Luna, you get a silver moon and a smaller sun while Sunshine, it's just vice versa like me and Star." Skye said. After the serious talk, the twins started to talk about hair, nails..etc.

"Sausages! My fave!" Skye exclaimed, eyeing her father to try and remind him about the pendant necklaces. After the big barbeque, when the girls were about to zoom upstairs, Luna was called back. Anxiously, Luna walked over to Mr Love without once looking back...

"My dear, I have a present for you. I expect that my daughters have told you two about it." Mr Love reached in his pocket and brought out a dark blue, velvety box that kept the things inside it cool. "Open it when you're alone. Listen to what it has to say about the new you." he said. Luna turned and ran outside to her 'Night' den. She opened the exquisite box and saw a necklace with a silver moon and a small gold sun beside it. She gaped at the beautifulness of it. Her pale fingers stroked the velvet and then stroked the silver. She put it on and her fingers stroked the silver clasp before putting the box into her handbag. "You are now renamed Luna Eternity and the Oracle seeks you and the other Eternity Sisters.". Luna smiled, knowing she and her twin and friends would now be united like they wanted.

Sunshine was called next, the same thing happened as she opened the red, velvety box. What she heard was that her name was to be renamed Solia(Sol) Eternity. The Oracle seeks her as well. As soon as she was upstairs, the four new sisters hugged and smiled. Suddenly, an image formed on each of their main pendants. A beautiful lady called Nineve appeared. "Luna, Solia(Sol), Caelumia(Caelum) and Estelle Eternity, the Oracle seeks you now. We need the Orbs of Spring and Winter now to help keep the seasons alive. We have found its' surroundings but to get there, step into this portal". The sisters had nothing to do but to go, so they did...

As the mist cleared, Solia was the first to step out and notice the things different about them. For one, Luna's black hair had become silver and also knee-length. She was wearing a silver robe that was decorated with white fur. Estelle's was similar and her usual brown hair was now just like Luna's but shorter and she was wearing a less sparkling robe. Inside, they were wearing silver, floaty dresses that seemed to adjust the thickness and length when it felt the weather. It was now obvious that Luna and Estelle were now bonded, they're delicate features more obviously identical than usual. Nineve left a sparkle on Luna's pendant which seemed to make it out that she would be more leading than star.

Solia was wearing a sparkling gold-coloured robe decorated with white fur. Her dress inside was a bright, sunny yellow despite the newly adjusted thickness. Caelumia was wearing a light blue robe with white fur and a sparkle. Her dress inside was the colour of a perfect spring-day sky blue. Solia noticed the sparkle and jealously flick her new short gold hair in Caelumia's face. That was when she realised it was not as long as 'normal'! Caelumia's brown shoulder-length hair was starting to get covered in delicate snowflakes. Although all was silent, everyone knew who was bonded with who and who was the lead.

The snowflakes drifted down and the awkward silence was broken by the sound of horse hooves. The beautiful woman, Nineve arrived, riding on an elegant coach. She welcomed the sisters aboard and they took their places next to their partner. Estelle and Luna chatted and giggled, glad to be bonded together. Luna would lead but Estelle would be right there to help. Meanwhile, in the seats behind them, was silence. No huddling together to get warm, no chatting about the adventure, no nothing. Solia was still jealous of not being the leader while Caelumia was annoyed she couldn't be chatting with her twin or Luna. Solia was the last person she wanted to be with as they both shared bold features and bossy personalities. All Solia knew was that she'd be there to point every single mistake Caelumia made and laugh about it. All Caelumia knew was that she wouldn't share the reward with Solia since she would have to do the work on her own.

Luna and Estelle had figured that they would be after the Winter orb in a freezing winter while Solia and Caelumia would be stepping into wilting spring. There was a portal ahead and Nineve explained everything and shooed Caelumia and Solia into the spring portal. Nineve wished them luck and reminded them to do what they were doing when they see the beast.

Already in winter, Luna and Estelle set off. They giggled and joked on the way. Following what the pendant said. It was like playing hot or cold except with glowing and not glowing. Soon, they were led into a dark cave. They rested for the night and got woken up by a big white yeti! They saw the orb on a necklace around the yeti's neck and tried to explain what they needed. Estelle remembered what Nineve had said and whispered it to Luna. They found it hard to whisper secrets, giggle about cringes and swoon about boys with a giant yeti in front of them. Eventually, they managed it and got the yeti to join in. The mother yeti was much bigger and more frightening than the baby yeti. Instead, the mother yeti rewarded them the orb since they managed to cheer the baby yeti up. It had been sick so the mother was pleased. Giggling, they took turns to carry the orb all the way back.

Mean whilst, Caelumia was led to a cave where a grizzly bear was. The orb hung on it's neck. "We want the orb!" demanded Solia, pleased to be one step ahead of Caelumia. The female bear woke and decided that they were two be her two babies. Caelumia groaned, clutching her mobile tightly. She wanted to phone for help but there was no signal. Suddenly, Caelumia remembered what Nineve told her to do. She immediately started whining and arguing with Solia. Solia was reminded and for the first time in that journey, was cooperative. The bear found their arguing really irritating so gave them the orb to try to soothe them. They stopped for a while, then, on Caelumia's signal, they started whining about wanting to go away. Really annoyed, the bear threw them out the cave and actually, coincidently, to the meeting place. Nineve, Luna and Estelle were already there. Solia and Caelumia's jealousy softened a little, but still, there was silence until they were each given a winter and spring charm each to go on there new charm bracelets as well.

Back at home, no time had gone past. No one believed it was true until Luna showed them their new charm bracelets and charm.

Now that Spring and Winter's power's are restored, the four Eternity Sisters await their next two orbs.
