I took one of my husband's old hooded sweatshirts and decided to turn
it into my 3 year-old son's Halloween costume.

First, I cut the sleeves off of the sweatshirt to make arm holes.
Next, I found and old standard bed pillow, cut it open and pulled all
of the cotton out. Using a spray adhesive, I attached the cotton to
the sweatshirt.

In order to make it round in the middle, I took a round pop-up clothes
hamper, cut the bottom of it out and attached it to the inside if the
sweatshirt with safety pins.

For the final touch, I coated the outside of the entire costume with
spray adhesive and sprinkled snow-like looking sparkles all over it.

I added 3 black buttons to the middle, glued on a hat (which I made
using old Christmas decorations), wrapped my scarf around his neck,
and this is what we ended up with.

The total cost for this costume was less than $10.00.
