The OIS primary school would like to invite you to save the date for our annual Mid Winter 'hygge aften'. Tuesday the 28th of November. ( 4:00pm - 6:30pm) This will be an afternoon/ evening of entertainment, snacks and creativity.

Dear Parents,

The OIS Primary school would like to invite you to come and join our Mid-Winter ‘Hygge’ Evening. Tuesday the 28th of November, from 4:00 – 6:30pm.

Over the course of the evening you will be served snacks and refreshments by P4,5,6,7, musically entertained by P1,2 and 3 and you will then be able work on your creative skills in your child’s class when we make our candle decoration. (Quite useful during these dark Danish winter months)

We will meet in Højskoleforening at 4:00 where we can catch up and enjoy light refreshments. From here we will move over to Badestuen, where we will be able to enjoy the musical performance from P1-3. To finish off we will all move off into the respective classrooms where we will make our decorations. We aim to be finished around 6:30pm.



Each child will need to bring:

-Your own plate or tray for the decoration to sit on.

- 1 candle of your choice

- A pair of scissors or garden shears to cut the greenery with.

- Any other special decorations.

- 20kr. Donation per family to be given to the class teacher.



The school will provide:

-Clay

-Greenery

-Some basic decoration (pine cones etc.)

-Refreshments and snacks
