New Habits for the New Year

A new year is a good time for start new good habits.

Exercise more.
Eat less food.
Get more sleep.
Watch less TV.
Read more books.
Save more money.

I read them in "Let's Talk in English" magazine.
And I think I should do them for my Health.
Health for body and mind.
