國教試填志願 不作分發落點 教育部規劃十二年國教首屆學生，進行3次志願選填試探，藉此熟悉制度，但不模擬分發，也不作落點分析，避免遭誤用。 十二年國教上路後，升高中職管道為「免試入學」及「特色招生」，和過去制度有很大的不同。教育部擔心首屆學生面對變革，完全沒有過去入學資訊可參考，因此有必要進行多次模擬，讓學生熟悉狀況。 全國教育局處長會議今天在嘉義縣召開，相關議題獲得討論。教育部十二年國教專案辦公室主任陳大魁表示，3次志願選填都屬「試探」性質，而不是「模擬」。填完志願後，不會作分發，也不會有落點分析，教師專就排列志願順序、選校方式等進行輔導。 陳大魁再三強調，志願選填「試探」是為了引導孩子以自我性向、興趣、人格發展等選填志願，如果作落點分析，反而會誤導。 教育部規劃3次志願選填試探時間分別是102年10月、12月，以及103年3月，首屆國中教育會考103年5月才考，因此「試探」時僅有國中多元學習表現等積分，沒有會考成績，如果進行模擬分發，恐怕會失準。 陳大魁說，學生選完志願後，高中職也可以拿到統計資料，瞭解區域內有多少學生選填，藉此調整招生策略。 對學生來說，除了練習選填志願，教育部也設計了輔導建議表，讓家長、導師、輔導教師3方都能提供建議，例如調整志願序、考慮鄰近的社區高中，或是高職實用技能學程及建教合作專班等。
