現在對人很有興趣 主動邀請人互動 人際關係似乎不需擔心，比爸媽還好 目前主要差在語言障礙 雖從10月起理解跟表達大有進步，但要脫離自閉的話還差很多 主要是摹仿對象太少 療育中心另一小朋友才進preschool特教班不到一個月主動句型就多了很多 因為他的學區特教班是六個特殊學生+四個普通孩子 這四個正常孩子還是特地挑選很愛說話很活潑的 --------------------- 再拿出去年5月評估自閉的報告來檢討 當初12項自閉特質裡共佔7項(符合6項就是典型自閉症. 若只符合兩項則是PDD-NOS非典型自閉症) 節錄部分敘述 第一部分 Social interactions 4項裡全部符合 * Impairment in the use of multiple nonverbal behaviors such as eye-to-eye gaze, facial expression, body postures, and gestures to regulate social interaction. * Failure to develop peer relationships appropriate to developmental level. * Lack of spontaneous seeking to share enjoyment, interests, or achievements with other people. * Lack of social or emotional reciprocity. 第二部分 Qualitative impairments in communication 4項裡佔2項 * Delay in, or total lack of, the development of spoken language. * Lack of varied, spontaneous make-believe play or social imitative play appropriate to development level. 第三部分 Restricted, repetitive and stereotyped patterns of behavior, interest, and activities 4項佔1項 * Encompassing preoccupation with one or more stereotyped and restricted patterns of interest that is abnormal either in intensity or focus. He(Justin) is extremely preoccupied in playing with electronic devices. 以目前進展來看,社交部分應該是不用擔心了 最後一項沉迷電子玩具物品的部分也有改善.對於紙製智力遊戲及不需用電池的玩具/遊戲也有興趣.電子及機械構造興趣部分算是他的特長(雖然這也是部分自閉兒的特質,在機械及電腦上興趣比較強). 語言部分還是落後很多(因為同齡孩子進展更快),要進展到同齡程度還需要一段時間 是否能在六歲前脫離自閉診斷,語言能力及夠程度的想像及模仿遊戲能力,編故事能力是需要急著加強的.
